Our holiday clubs are all inclusive for children aged 4-11 (Reception - Year 6). Our promise to you as parents is for your child to be cared for in a fun and engaging environment, whilst learning and participating in a range of different activities along the way. We offer a variety of booking options where you can book from 1 day to a full week- the choice is yours.

The team are qualified in many different disciplines to maximise your child’s full potential; from sport coaches to experienced school support staff to cover all aspects of our action packed day. We strive to set the highest standards possible and ensure your child is looked after with their best interests in mind.

At Get Active Kids, our staff will bring high levels of energy and enthusiasm every day. Staff are carefully recruited and are given regular training on all aspects of childcare. Each member of staff will have extensive safeguarding and first aid training, together with a mandatory Disclosure and Barring Scheme (DBS); to maintain their suitability for caring and working with children and to keep the safety of your child at the forefront of our clubs.

Get Active Kids Holiday Club carefully design the weekly plan with the children’s best interests at heart. Each day the children will get a choice several activities, all within a controlled and structured environment. We offer a range of sports, including; Football, Netball, Rugby, Cricket, Rounders, Hockey, Basketball, Dodgeball, Tennis, Golf, Athletics, Dance and Gymnastics. We also offer Arts and Crafts, Food Decorating, indoor games, Children’s Bingo and Musical Games as well as additional support with schoolwork for those children who want to get ahead in the classroom over the holidays. There really is something for everyone and we endeavour to keep similar age groups together, for example; you will not find a reception age child playing football against a year 6 child!

The Team

Hi, I’m John (right) and I am the Owner of Get Active Kids. I play a very active role within the company using my considerable experience to help manage the clubs, alongside helping the team at our office run things behind the scenes.

I have worked within school settings and holiday clubs for over 10 years, having previously worked for activity and sports coaching companies as well as within professional and semi-professional football clubs. Alongside my coaching experience, I also have a BA Honours degree in Sport Coaching and Science.

‘Miss Vicky’ Club Manager (Left)

Vicky has been an integral part of Get Active Kids since its inception, expertly managing the day-to-day operations at our Deptford location. Her exceptional rapport with the children is complemented by her talent for organizing a diverse range of arts, crafts, and daily activities throughout the year. All of the imaginative arts and crafts projects, themed days, and special events are thoughtfully curated by her. With over 20 years of experience working in educational settings with children aged 4 to 11, Vicky has become a familiar and beloved figure at our club. It is not uncommon for children to eagerly rush in and seek out Miss Vicky, who truly embodies the spirit of our Deptford club.

‘Coach Dan’ (Middle)

Coach Dan collaborates closely with the management team at Get Active Kids, frequently attending clubs where his presence is most beneficial. With over a decade of experience in sports and activity clubs, he has worked with children ranging from as young as two to eleven years old. Dan is a qualified teacher who dedicates his full time to a school while contributing part-time to Get Active Kids. His expertise includes working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). In addition to his qualifications, Dan is known for his engaging personality, earning him the affectionate nickname "Silly Coach Dan" among club members.

Kirsten is the creative force behind our brand's visual identity. Every piece of content you encounter—whether on our social media platforms, printed materials, or promotional graphics—has been meticulously crafted by her. With years of experience in social media and design, Kirsten ensures that each design, online post, and artwork is thoughtfully developed in preparation for our upcoming events. Allison - HR and Office

Allison has been an integral part of our team since day one! Playing a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our club. She manages the recruitment process for all staff members, ensuring that each individual is thoroughly prepared for their journey at Get Active Kids. Her comprehensive attention to detail ensures that no aspect is overlooked, laying the foundation for a successful start for every team member.

At Get Active Kids, I firmly believe we have the best team of staff to look after, guide, support and encourage your child to be the best they can be! Each club will have a Club Manager, an Assistant Manager and group leaders to cater to every child’s specific needs.

Pricing and Payment

Our holiday clubs have multiple booking options where you can book from 1 day to a whole week. A full day of activities at our club start from just £19 per child. This works out at just over £3 per hour!

• Full week booking discount (booking a full week works out cheaper than individual days)
• 10% Sibling discount (10% applied for the second sibling)
• Early booking discount (book 3+ weeks before the start of club and receive a discount)

All payments have to be made through our online booking system Class 4 Kids, we do not accept cash upon arrival. All bookings must be made and paid for in full before you arrive at the club.  

We accept all childcare vouchers, including student finance and tax-free childcare vouchers. If you want to use vouchers, please email us before booking.
